David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our alterations department. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, assist with garment alterations, and ensure orders are ready for pickup.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, problem solving, and teamwork to maintain high store standards and drive loyalty. Prior sewing or POS experience is helpful, with on-site duties in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via chats.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Assist with alterations tasks including appointments, pressing, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.
• Maintain alterations room and store standards for a flawless shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and support cash wrap activities.
• Escalate issues to Alterations Manager when needed.
• Build long-term relationships to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
