Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the alterations department by delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring ready-for-pickup garments. You will welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual channels, schedule appointments, and coordinate alterations with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats.
• Uses store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promotes alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintains store standards and ensures items are ready for pickup.
• Presses, steams, and inspects garments before delivery to customers.
