Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to greet customers, schedule fittings, answer phones, and ensure alterations are ready for pickup. The CSR delivers a five-star service experience, collaborates with the Alterations Manager, and maintains a clean alterations room while pressing and inspecting garments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in an apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm over phone, chats and in person.
• Use systems to manage customer flow for five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Ensure alterations garments are ready for pickup and delivered in pristine condition.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations room and support store standards.
• Assist Alterations Manager to address customer issues as needed.
