Job summary

David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in our alterations department. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup while maintaining high standards.

As a CSR, you will coordinate with the Alterations Manager, upsell services, manage POS transactions, and build loyal, long-term relationships with customers through strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, by phone, or online.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Maintain store standards and ensure accurate checkout and pickup processes.
• Escort customers to alterations and ensure quality control before delivery.
