The CSR will work closely with the Alterations department, maintain organized spaces, and promote alterations services while following dress code policies. Part-time roles include varied benefits.

Qualifications

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or via chat and adapt communication to resolve issues.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows and assist with alterations-related needs and inquiries.
• Handle multiple customers while maintaining high service standards and escalate issues when needed.
• Explain how alterations support dress fitting and event preparation.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Keep the alterations area organized and adhere to dress code policies.
• Assist with appointments, pickups, and inventory-related tasks.
