Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to greet and assist customers, book appointments, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup. The CSR will work to provide a five-star customer experience across in-person, phone, and virtual channels, using POS systems and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over phone, chats and in person.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star experience.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs and Be There.
• Communicate how alterations can improve dress for events and partner with Alterations.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and promotional readiness.
• Escort alterations customers to appointments and ensure prep/finish quality.
