David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to greet customers, manage appointments, and support the alterations team. You’ll handle phones, chats, and in-person inquiries, delivering a five-star service while coordinating with store leadership.

This role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and using POS systems to process transactions and schedule fittings in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by phone, chat, and in person with enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow using systems to ensure a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows and assist customers with needs and checkout.
• Handle multiple customers, address concerns, and coordinate with leadership.
• Explain alterations services and promote personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and transactions.
• Escort alterations customers and ensure timely pickups.
• Keep alterations room clean and organized.
