David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome customers, schedule fittings and ensure a five-star service experience in-store. You will assist with appointments, answer questions, and maintain high standards throughout the alterations area.

Responsibilities include promoting alterations services, pressing garments, and coordinating with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues. Strong communication and multitasking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, by phone, or online and resolve questions with empathy.
• Use systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Escort customers to alterations and ensure timely pickups.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments before delivery.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and transactions.
