Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome and assist customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, press garments, and prepare items for pickup. You will work with alterations staff to promote services and ensure a five-star experience, maintaining store standards and proper dress code.

The CSR will manage customer flow using all systems, resolve issues, and build strong customer relationships while supporting inventory and checkout processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats with friendly, problem-solving focus.
• Uses store systems to manage customer flow for a five-star experience.
• Supports alterations services, promotions, and personalized options.
• Ensure alterations area is clean, organized, and ready for pickups; escort customers to fittings and appointments.
• Inspects garments after alterations to ensure pristine condition before delivery.
