David's Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome and assist customers in person, by phone, and via virtual chats. You will promote alterations services, manage appointments, and ensure garments are prepared for pickup with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats with clear, friendly communication.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Press, steam, and prepare garments for pickup or alterations completion.
• Manage appointments and assist with store flow to deliver five-star service.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap and support inventory tasks as needed.
• Escort customers to alterations and maintain a clean, organized alterations room.
