David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, press garments and ensure orders are ready for pickup.

The role blends customer service with alterations support and requires strong communication, problem solving, and a positive attitude. Part-time schedule may apply, with benefits listed by the employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or online.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Prepare, welcome, meet needs and ensure customers are assisted throughout their visit.
• Address customer concerns and elevate issues to leadership when needed.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and checkouts.
