Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an A+ customer experience across in-store, phone, and virtual interactions. The role supports welcoming customers, scheduling fittings, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup in a fast-paced alterations department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and via virtual channels.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and ensure five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
