You will welcome customers, manage appointments, coordinate with the alterations team, and ensure garments are pressed and ready for pickup.

The role emphasizes five-star service, strong communication, and the ability to resolve issues with the Alterations Manager when necessary.

• Escalates issues to Alterations Manager when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort customers to alterations for appointments.
• Press, steam, and spot clean garments as needed.
• Inspect garments for quality before delivery to customers.
