Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an A+ customer experience in our alterations department. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup.

Prospective team members should be ready to assist multiple customers, maintain store standards, and promote alterations services while upholding Dress Code guidelines and offering a warm, five-star service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and virtual chats.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and ensure five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for all customers.
• Assist alterations customers, explain services and options, and promote personalization.

Education
