Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the alterations department and deliver an exceptional customer experience in person, by phone, or online.

You will welcome customers, schedule fittings, press garments, and ensure orders are ready for pickups, reporting to the Store Manager, with a team that aims for five-star service and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong communication.
• Retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, on the phone, or virtually with enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow and ensure five-star service.
• Assist with alterations, pressing, and pickups as needed.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and assist with checkout processes.
