Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star experience for customers in the alterations area. You will greet, assist with appointments, press and prepare garments, and promote alterations services while collaborating with the Alterations Manager and Store Manager.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of retail experience, basic sewing skills, and comfort with a computerized POS system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly in person, over the phone, and online; problem-solve and resolve conflicts.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Assist with appointments, alterations, and order pickups.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and uphold dress code standards.
• Support store operations and cash wrap responsibilities with accuracy.
