Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, manage appointments, answer phones, and ensure items are ready for pickup. The CSR will emphasize five-star service, promote alterations options, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include assisting multiple customers, processing transactions accurately, and coordinating with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues. Prior sewing experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with enthusiasm for assisting customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with clear communication.
• Experience or interest in alterations and tailoring services.
• Familiarity with POS systems and store software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly in person, over the phone, and online chats.
• Manage customer flow to deliver a five-star experience.
• Explain alterations services and scheduling to customers.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments before pickup delivery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and promotional readiness.
• Assist with inventory, special orders, and pick-ups as needed.
• Escalate issues to the Alterations Manager when necessary.
