David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Alterations Customer Service Representative to provide an exceptional in-store experience for customers seeking alterations and related services. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, process transactions, and coordinate with the Alterations team to ensure orders are ready on time.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, problem solving, and proficiency with POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers over the phone, online, and in person with enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Manage customer flow using all systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Assist with alterations services and promotions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain store standards and organize alterations room for a flawless shopping experience.
• Support inventory, checkout, and timely order pickups.
• Seek guidance from Alterations Manager for issues beyond own scope.
