David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) for part-time work in our alterations department. You will welcome customers, schedule appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Previous retail experience and strong communication are key. Sewing experience helps, and familiarity with POS systems is required for smooth checkout and processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Sewing experience is helpful for alterations.
• Experience with computerized POS systems required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers via phone, virtual chats, and in person with enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow to deliver Five-Star service using store systems.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Assist with appointments, receipts, and pickups as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and dress code standards.
