Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the Alterations department and deliver a five-star customer experience. You will welcome customers in person, over the phone, or via virtual chats, assist with appointments, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork to maintain store standards, promote alterations services, and deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats with enthusiastic, solutions-focused service.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and ensure five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options to customers.
• Press garments, and prepare items for pickup with quality control checks.
• Maintain store standards and assist with checkout and cash wrap processes.

Education
