David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide an exceptional, A+ experience for customers, both in-store and over the phone. You will welcome guests, book and manage alterations appointments, press and prepare garments for pickup, and ensure every interaction reflects five-star service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, on phone, and via chats with friendly enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver five-star service.
• Assist with alterations appointments, fittings, and pickups.
• Promote alterations services and customization options.
• Maintain store standards and dress code compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Assist with inventory and cash wrap as needed.
