Job summary

Provectus is seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to accelerate growth across Anthropic and AWS partnerships and to build new enterprise pipelines in Financial Services and Life Sciences. You will own deals end-to-end and work closely with BD leadership to scale initiatives.

This high-growth role requires 3–5 years of B2B tech experience, a proven track record in partner ecosystems, and a passion for AI.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in B2B technology.
• Experience with technology partner ecosystems (AWS, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks or similar).
• Proven track record moving deals through the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confident presenting to VP-level and senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI and enterprise adoption; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for Anthropic and AWS partner and field sales teams.
• Receive, qualify and advance enterprise leads; run discovery calls through proposal and SOW.
• Maintain joint pipeline, prepare quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning.
• Build relationships with partner field reps to be their first call for implementation needs.
• Support partner program activities: certifications, co-marketing, case studies, events.
