Job summary

Provectus seeks an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow its most strategic partnerships: Anthropic and AWS. This is a build-and-lead role — you will create the programs for our alliances function from the ground up, run end-to-end partner activation, and drive funded engagements into measurable pipeline.

You will lead a team, coordinate with engineering, SO, and marketing leadership, and expand ecosystem partnerships with GCP and others as the market evolves.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles.
• Experience managing hyperscaler relationships (Anthropic, AWS preferred).
• Proven ability to build alliance programs from scratch.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Comfort with executive-level partner interactions and hands-on program management.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear playbooks and joint value propositions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML ecosystem and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
• Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences is a plus.
• Experience with GCP, OpenAI or emerging AI ecosystem partnerships preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Own the Anthropic partnership end-to-end — build and scale partner activation programs.
• Create repeatable playbooks for partner-funded customer activations and coordinate delivery.
• Grow Provectus's standing in the Claude Partner Network and manage executive relationships.
• Manage the AWS alliance day-to-day — maintain Premier Tier and co-sell motion.
• Build co-sell opportunities with AWS field teams and manage funding programs.
• Lead and develop a team of partner managers and turn programs into pipeline.
• Represent Provectus in executive briefings and ecosystem events.
• Identify early-stage partnerships with GCP and other AI ecosystem players.
• Track competitive alliances and white spaces for Provectus to occupy.
