Job summary

Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and scale its strategic partnerships with Anthropic and AWS. This build-and-lead role will create alliance programs from the ground up, coordinate end-to-end activation, and drive funded engagements across target accounts.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, SO, and marketing to translate programs into measurable pipeline, maintain Premier Tier status, and explore early-stage partnerships with other players in the AI

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles
• Direct experience with partner programs: competencies, funding programs, co-sell mechanisms
• Track record of building alliance programs from scratch
• Experience leading and developing a team; executive-level interaction
• Strong written and verbal communication about partner programs

Responsibilities

• Own the Anthropic partnership end-to-end — build and scale activation programs
• Coordinate funded enablement engagements from scoping through completion
• Grow standing in Claude Partner Network and advocate for Provectus
• Manage AWS alliance — AI competency requirements, Premier Tier, co-sell motion
• Lead a team of partner managers and drive pipeline from partner programs
• Develop early-stage partnerships with GCP and other AI ecosystem players
