Job summary

Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow its strategic partnerships with Anthropic and AWS. You will build the programs for the alliances function from the ground up, lead a team of partner managers, and collaborate with engineering, SO, and marketing leadership to turn programs into measurable pipeline.

The role requires 5–8+ years in technology alliances, hands-on program management, and executive-level communication with partners.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles.
• Direct experience with partner programs: competencies, funding programs, co-sell mechanisms.
• Track record of building alliance programs from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own Anthropic and AWS partnerships end-to-end and build repeatable playbooks.
• Lead a team of partner managers and align with sales, marketing, and delivery to generate pipeline.
• Develop early-stage partnerships and monitor ecosystem opportunities.
