Job summary

Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow strategic partnerships, primarily Anthropic and AWS. You will build and run partner activation programs, manage funded engagements, and drive a repeatable co-sell pipeline across AI ecosystems.

You will lead a team of partner managers, align cross-functional leaders, and shape Provectus’s alliances strategy for enterprise customers in Financial Services and Life Sciences. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles, with hyperscaler experience.
• Direct experience with partner programs: competencies, funding programs (MDF/MAP), co-sell, partner portals.
• Proven track record building alliance programs from scratch, not just managing existing books.
• Experience leading and developing a team; comfortable setting direction without heavy management.
• Executive-level communication with partners and customers, translating programs into clear playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Anthropic and AWS alliances; create programs from ground up.
• Lead end-to-end partner activation programs and funded enablement engagements.
• Develop named executive relationships at Anthropic and drive joint accounts.
• Manage AWS alliance day-to-day; maintain Premier Tier and co-sell motion.
• Build operating cadence; turn partner programs into measurable pipeline.
• Expand ecosystem with early-stage partnerships (GCP, others) as market evolves.
