Job summary

Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow our most strategic partnerships: Anthropic and AWS. This build-and-lead role will create programs for the alliances function from the ground up, align activation efforts, and drive funded engagements end-to-end.

You will lead a team of partner managers, collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to convert programs into measurable pipeline, and expand ecosystem with GCP and other players while traveling up to 40% for customer

Qualifications

5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles.
Direct experience with partner programs: competencies and funding programs.
Track record building alliance programs from scratch.
Experience leading and developing a team.
Comfortable at executive level with partners and customers.

Responsibilities

Own and grow Anthropic and AWS partnerships; build and scale activation programs.
Develop executive relationships with partner teams and drive funded engagements.
Lead day-to-day alliance management, co-sell motions, and competency requirements.
Forge early-stage partnerships with GCP and others as the ecosystem evolves.
Turn partner programs into measurable pipeline with cross-functional teams.
