Job summary

Provectus is a premier AI consultancy helping enterprises design, build, and operate AI systems. We seek an Alliances Team Lead to own and scale strategic partnerships with Anthropic and AWS, turning partner programs into measurable pipeline and revenue.

You will lead a team, coordinate with engineering, SO, and marketing, and shape alliance strategy across ecosystems. You will drive executive engagement, manage funding programs, and develop repeatable playbooks for customer activations while

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles.
• Experience managing hyperscaler relationships (Anthropic or AWS preferred).
• Track record building alliance programs from scratch; not just maintaining existing books.
• Experience leading and developing a team; able to set direction and coach.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate programs into playbooks and value propositions.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem and enterprise AI adoption challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own Anthropic partnership end-to-end — build activation programs and manage funded engagements.
• Lead AWS alliance day-to-day — maintain Premier Tier status and co-sell with AWS field teams.
• Build repeatable partner programs, playbooks, and executive relationships with partners.
• Lead and develop a partnerships team; drive pipeline through co-marketing and joint offerings.
• Identify early-stage partnerships with GCP and other AI ecosystem players.
