Job summary

Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow strategic partnerships with Anthropic and AWS. This build-and-lead role requires creating programs from the ground up, activating partner-funded engagements, and driving measurable pipeline with cross-functional leadership including engineering, SO, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles.
• Direct experience with partner programs: competencies, funding programs, co-sell mechanisms.
• Track record of building alliance programs from scratch.
• Experience leading and developing a team; executive-level collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the Anthropic partnership end-to-end — build and scale partner activation programs, manage funded enablement engagements from scoping through completion and reimbursement.
• Create repeatable playbooks for partner-funded customer activations; identify target accounts and coordinate delivery.
• Grow Provectus's standing in the Claude Partner Network; track program changes and new co-marketing opportunities.
• Develop named executive relationships at Anthropic who advocate for Provectus.
• Manage the AWS alliance day-to-day; keep generative AI competency requirements current and maintain Premier Tier standing.
• Build and expand co-sell motion with AWS field teams — drive opportunity registration and pipeline reviews.
• Manage AWS funding programs; maximise available program benefits.
• Lead and develop a team of partner managers; set priorities and cadence for alliances function.
• Turn partner programs into pipeline with sales, marketing, and delivery; co-marketing campaigns and joint offerings.
• Represent Provectus at executive briefings and ecosystem events.
• Identify and develop early-stage partnerships with GCP and other AI ecosystem players.
• Track the competitive alliance landscape.
