Job summary

Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow our most strategic partnerships with Anthropic and AWS. You will build programs from the ground up, run activation programs end-to-end, and lead a team of partner managers.

This role focuses on turning partner programs into measurable pipeline and expanding the ecosystem with GCP and other players. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, SO, and marketing leadership to maintain Premier Tier standing, drive co-sell motions, and

Qualifications

5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles with hyperscaler experience.
Hands-on with partner programs: competencies, funding programs, co-sell mechanisms, and partner portals.

Responsibilities

Own the Anthropic partnership end-to-end — build and scale activation programs and funded engagements.
Manage the AWS alliance day-to-day — ensure competency requirements, renewals, Premier Tier, and co-sell motion.
Build and expand co-sell with AWS field teams and drive opportunity registration and pipeline reviews.
Lead and develop a team of partner managers and establish operating cadence for alliances.
Identify early-stage partnerships (GCP and others) to expand the ecosystem.
Represent Provectus at executive briefings and industry events, translating partner programs into joint value propositions.
