Job summary

Databricks seeks an Alliance Leader to own the partner management function with McKinsey, including strategic planning, sponsor development, capability and solution development, thought leadership, and relationship management. You will report to the VP, Partner Program.

You will expand Databricks' mindshare within McKinsey, build a sustainable services business, promote offerings, nurture stakeholders, and influence executive outcomes through governance and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with senior executives.
• 10+ years in management consulting with providers.
• Relationship management and planning to optimize outcomes.
• Ability to work across teams to drive outcomes (account teams, sales, architects, enablement, cloud, field marketing, operations).
• Execution readiness: support practice and skills development for SI/CS partners with enablement and asset development.
• Governance: establish appropriate governance with partners including agreements and executive relationships.
