Job summary

There is a five‑week comprehensive training program. Candidates must be 18+, have customer service experience, and type 20–25 wpm; licensing requirements apply. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age and have customer service experience.
• Strong communication and computer basics are required.
• Typing speed of 20–25 wpm is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to alarms and signals while delivering excellent customer service.
• Make outgoing calls to verify alarms, dispatch authorities, and notify responsible parties.
• Document alarm handling procedures and complete alarm processing per SOPs.
