Johnson Controls in Colorado is seeking an Emergency Dispatch Operator to monitor alarms, verify signals, and coordinate with authorities. A comprehensive five-week paid training program prepares you for daily duties and you will gain skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers an 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule, with a 4-week training period, and a wage of $16–$18 per hour. Bilingual Spanish/English applicants are encouraged and will receive additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Typing speed of 20–25 wpm is expected.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to alarms and signals while providing excellent customer service.
• Make outgoing calls to verify alarms, dispatch authorities, and notify responsible parties.
• Document alarm handling procedures and complete alarm processing per SOPs.
