Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking Emergency Dispatch Operators to monitor alarm systems and respond to alarms during shifts. Trainees receive paid training and a built-in promotion program with 2 raises in six months. Bilingual Spanish/English applicants are encouraged to apply for competitive compensation.

Starting pay is $14–$16 per hour with a five-week training program and a Completion Bonus Program offering up to three bonuses in the first year.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience minimum; call center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Typing 20–25 words per minute.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms and verify situation with authorities.
• Document incident details and outcomes in the system.
• Provide emergency dispatch during shifts and follow SOPs.
