Johnson Controls is seeking an Emergency Dispatch Operator (EDO) to monitor alarms and respond to signals while delivering top‑notch customer service. You will verify alarms, dispatch authorities, and notify responsible parties, documenting procedures per SOPs.
There is a five‑week comprehensive training program. Candidates must be 18+, have customer service experience, and type 20–25 wpm; licensing requirements apply. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
Promotional opportunities are available after 90 days. The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $16, depending on experience. Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply and will receive additional compensation.
Participating in a comprehensive five-week interactive training program designed to prepare you for the role and introduce you to exciting opportunities. During this training, you will develop the skills necessary to succeed.
Candidates must have the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate punctuality, and uphold strong work ethics. And they must be willing to perform other duties as assigned.
This position requires you to maintain the necessary licensing as part of the job requirements.
