YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking Customer Service Agents and Dispatchers in Kansas City, MO. The position starts at $14–$16 hourly based on experience. It includes a five-week paid training program and opportunities for raises within the first six months.

The ideal candidates should have customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Full-time daytime shifts are available with benefits including completion bonuses in the first year.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available for multiple shifts; day shifts are available.
• Minimum six months of customer service experience; one year or more call-center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to type 20–25 words per minute.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications, strong problem-solving, organizational, and work-ethic skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Emergency Dispatch Operator, monitoring alarm signals.
• Place outgoing calls to verify alarms and dispatch appropriate authorities.
• Document incidents and responses accurately in the system.
• Participate in a five‑week training program.
• Attend training classes from 1:00PM to 9:30PM CST, Monday–Friday.

Customer Service Agents and/or Dispatchers are needed. Starting at $14–$16 hourly based on experience. The position includes a built‑in promotion program allowing up to two raises within the first six months and a completion bonus program offering three bonuses in the first year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Emergency Dispatch Operator, monitoring alarm signals and responding to alarms per instruction screens.
• Place outgoing calls to verify alarms, dispatch appropriate authorities and notify responsible parties.
• Document incidents and responses accurately in the system, ensuring all required steps are followed.
• Participate in a five‑week training program and complete associated coursework.
• Attend training classes from 1:00PM to 9:30PM CST, Monday–Friday for four weeks.
• Adhere to performance monitoring and training milestones to become a successful Emergency Dispatch Operator.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available for multiple shifts; day shifts are available.
• Minimum six months of customer service experience; one year or more call‑center experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
