Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience; one year or more call center experience preferred
• Must be 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Serve as Emergency Dispatch Operators, monitoring systems for alarm signals and responding to alarms
• Learn dispatch operator role through paid training
• Place outgoing calls to verify alarms and dispatch authorities
• Document events and actions in the system following procedures
