Job summary

Hy-Vee in Sioux Falls, SD is hiring an Aisles Online Service Lead to manage daily operations, direct labor, and maintain a fast, customer-focused team. You will supervise Aisles Online staff, organize workflow, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

This role requires leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. A High school diploma or equivalent and six months of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months of similar or related job experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with their needs and concerns.
• Supervise and direct the work of Aisles Online employees, organizing and planning labor for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain in-house quality control including cleaning and proper handling of equipment and merchandise.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding labor needs, receiving, storage, rotation, and delivery issues.
• Train new employees and complete employee performance and productivity reviews.
• Attend and participate in team meetings as assigned.
