Job summary

Hy-Vee’s Aisles Online team seeks an Aisles Online Service Lead to supervise daily operations, direct labor, and ensure accurate on‑time order fulfillment in a fast‑paced retail setting. This role emphasizes delivering an outstanding customer experience through effective leadership and efficient workflow management.

You will train staff, handle customer concerns, coordinate with leadership, and maintain quality control while upholding Hy-Vee standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of similar or related job experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and resolving concerns.
• Supervise and direct Aisles Online employees, planning labor for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain in-house quality control including cleaning and proper handling of equipment and merchandise.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding labor needs, storage, rotation, and delivery issues.
• Train new employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Attend and participate in team meetings as assigned.
• Answer the phone promptly and provide friendly, helpful service to customers.
• Follow Hy-Vee's dress code, hygiene standards, and all department and company guidelines.
