Job summary

Hy-Vee Inc., a leading Midwest grocery retailer, is hiring an Aisles Online Service Lead in Minnesota. The role oversees daily Aisles Online operations, directs labor, resolves customer concerns, and ensures accurate, timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of similar or related job experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, assisting with their needs, and resolving concerns.
• Supervise and direct Aisles Online employees, organizing labor for efficiency and cost control.
• Maintain in-house quality control including cleaning, proper handling of equipment and merchandise.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding labor needs, receiving, storage, rotation, and delivery issues.
• Respond to questions and issues from employees and customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain employee records and document employee interactions.
• Train new employees and complete employee performance reviews.
• Have authority to recommend employee disciplinary action.
• Attend and participate in team meetings as assigned.
• Answer the phone promptly and provide friendly, helpful service to customers taking orders.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code and department guidelines.
• Pitch in with other tasks or projects as needed.
