Job summary

Signature Aviation in Midland, TX is seeking an Airside Experience Leader to guide the Airside Experience team, ensuring safe, seamless service for aircraft, crew, cargo, and guests in a dynamic, hospitality‑driven environment.

You will supervise operations, train staff, and address guest concerns while coordinating with teams to uphold safety standards and exceptional guest experiences, maintaining efficient airside activities.

Qualifications

• Must pass background checks and airport badge requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work legally in the U.S.
• Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to operate ground support equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Airside Experience Specialists and Associates, ensuring performance and policy compliance.
• Coordinate duties and provide shift supervision on airside operations.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and guidance to staff.
• Serve as a resource for guest service inquiries and escalations.
• Maintain safe, efficient airside operations and clear communication with teammates and guests.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crew to meet service needs, including cargo handling, fueling, de-icing, and ground services.
• Identify safety concerns and report them to management.
• Document time worked and activities accurately.
