Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, hospitality-driven experience for guests, crew, and aircraft at our private aviation terminal. You will operate ground service equipment, assist with fueling, de-icing, and catering services, and ensure safety and exceptional guest service in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background, drug, and airport security checks and obtain an airport badge.
• Authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Good vision and coordination for aircraft movement and fuel inspection.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations.
• Ability to follow directions and exercise good judgment.
• Preference for 3–6 months aviation or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crew to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, water, parking, marshalling, catering, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft, identify open tasks, and report safety concerns.
• Operate and drive ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icers, GPUs, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and guest vehicles.
• Provide professional guest service and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Offer safe transportation when driving shuttle vehicles for guests and luggage.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations; manage fuel handling and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety, security, and guest service requirements; stop work for unsafe conditions.
• Follow emergency procedures and security protocols; create accurate work records.
