Job summary

Signature Aviation plc in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Airside Experience Leader to guide the Airside Experience team in delivering safe, precise services for aircraft, crew, cargo, and guests, while upholding hospitality standards.

You will oversee airside operations, resolve guest concerns, and supervise shifts, training staff, and ensuring SOPs are followed with a focus on guest satisfaction in a fast-paced outdoor setting near active aircraft.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of aviation or cargo operations experience or equivalent training.
• Licenses/certifications as required by base operations and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of Airside Experience staff, correct issues, and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate duties and supervise shifts for on-site team.
• Provide on-the-job training to Airside Experience Specialists and Associates.
• Serve as a guest-service resource and escalation point for inquiries.
