Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, personalized experience for guests, crew and aircraft at our private aviation terminal. You will blend hospitality with hands-on ground services in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires outdoor work, schedule flexibility including nights/weekends/holidays, and the ability to work around active aircraft while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.
• Excellent judgment and ability to follow directions from supervision.
• Preferred: 3–6 months in aviation or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform airside operations and communicate tasks per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft staff to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment and assist with fueling and de-icing.
• Provide friendly guest service and safe transportation as needed.
• Maintain clean, secure ramps and document work activities.
