Job summary

Signature Aviation, West Palm Beach, seeks an Airside Experience Leader to guide the Airside Experience team and ensure safe, seamless service for aircraft, crew, cargo, and guests. You will lead operations oversight, resolve guest concerns, and escalate when needed while upholding company policies and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of aviation or cargo operations experience or training.
• Training and certifications for base-specific operations (oil, oxygen, towing, de-icing) as required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain an airport security badge.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of Airside Experience staff to ensure professionalism and policy adherence.
• Coordinate duties and provide shift supervision on site.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for team members.
• Serve as guest service resource and escalation point for inquiries.
• Oversee safe airside operations and SOP compliance.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors and aircraft to meet service needs.
• Identify safety concerns and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Operate ground service equipment as required.
• Ensure secure ramps and safe handling of cargo.
• Maintain accurate records of time worked and services performed.
