Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a premier guest experience at our private aviation terminal. You will combine hospitality with hands-on operations, supporting aircraft and guests from wheels down to wheels up, in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

You will operate ground service equipment, coordinate with crew and guests, and maintain safety and service standards while working nights, weekends, and holidays in outdoor airport conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; minimum 18 years old.
• Ability to pass airport background checks and obtain an airport security badge.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; valid driver’s license (CDL where required).

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft teams to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, power, water, parking, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft, identify open tasks, and report safety concerns immediately.
