Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Leader in San Diego to guide the Airside Experience team and deliver safe, high‑quality service for aircraft, crew, cargo, and guests. The role blends hands‑on work with hospitality leadership in a fast‑paced environment.

You will oversee airside operations, resolve guest concerns, and escalate beyond frontline staff while upholding company policies and safety standards. Must be flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of aviation or cargo operations experience or equivalent.
• Certification or training for specialty responsibilities may be required by base operations.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain airport security credentials.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of Airside Experience Specialists/Associates for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Coordinate duties and supervise shifts for on‑shift staff.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and guidance to staff.
• Serve as guest service resource and escalation point for inquiries.
• Collaborate with team, guests, vendors, and crewmembers to meet service needs.
• Ensure safe airside operations and SOP compliance while communicating clearly.
