Signature Aviation in Los Angeles seeks an Airside Experience Leader to guide the Airside Experience team in delivering safe, high‑quality services to aircraft, crew, cargo, and guests. You’ll supervise shifts, train staff, and act as the main escalation point for guest concerns while maintaining a culture of operational excellence and guest care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of aviation or cargo operations experience or equivalent.
• Certifications for base operations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Airside Experience Specialists/Associates performance and compliance.
• Supervise shifts and assign duties on shift.
• Provide on-the-job training to staff.
• Serve as guest service escalation point for inquiries.
• Ensure safe, efficient airside operations per SOPs and policies.
• Coordinate with guests, vendors, and crew to meet service needs.
• Identify safety concerns and escalate as needed.
• Operate ground service equipment as required.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and terminals.
