Job summary

Signature Aviation plc is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist at our Midland, Texas location. You will blend hospitality with hands-on ground support to deliver a seamless guest experience for passengers, crew, and aircraft.

Responsibilities include operating ground service equipment, assisting with fueling, de-icing, catering, and towing, while maintaining safety and security standards in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass company background checks and airport background check requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a color vision test and visually inspect aviation fuel.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required in some locations.
• Strong judgment and ability to follow directions from supervision.
• Preferred: 3–6 months aviation or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with team, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to meet service needs.
• Identify and address safety concerns and open tasks promptly.
• Operate ground service equipment and shuttle vehicles.
• Load/unload luggage and assist guests and cargo.
• Provide professional guest service with a positive attitude at all times.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and report safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and record time/activities.
