Job summary

Outworx Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Newark, NJ to support EWR Airport operations during the winter season. This on-call role focuses on storm events, onboarding, payroll-related tasks, and ensuring airfield processes run smoothly.

The successful candidate will manage onboarding, coordinate with seasonal staff for access, and enter operators into ADP and Everbridge. Aviation experience and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Availability to work as snow is forecasted, including weekends and holidays.
• 1-2 years of office administration experience.
• Aviation and payroll experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding processing for new applicants and returning staff.
• Coordinate airfield access requirements with seasonal and full-time hires.
• Enter qualified operators into ADP and Everbridge systems.
• Support management during storms with knowledge of operations protocols.
• Assist with pre-season operator training and payroll-related tasks.
• Coordinate catering during storms and track hours for payroll records.
• Ensure departmental compliance and collaborate with Operations teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
